Bruno Fernandes ‘Not Going Anywhere’, Says Manchester United Boss Ruben Amorim

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes was told by manager Ruben Amorim on Monday that he is “not going anywhere” despite reports of a move to Real Madrid. The 30-year-old Portuguese striker, who has 95 goals in 277 games since signing from Sporting Lisbon in 2020, is under contract at Old Trafford until 2027. However, he has recently been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid for 90 million pounds (107.4 million euros). “No, it’s not going to happen,” Amorim maintained.

“I want Bruno here because he impressed me even during the worst times of our season. We want to win the Premier League again, thus we want the best players to stick with us. According To Sport ND TV.

Amorin continued, “He’s 29, I believe, but he’s still so young because he plays 55 games a season. He has at least 30 assists and goals, which is the type of player we want here, so he’s not going away.

“We are in control of the situation and I feel that he is really happy here.”

“He’s one more supporter of Manchester United, he really feels it. Sometimes the frustration that you and everybody sees, and says: ‘it’s not a good thing for the captain’ – it’s a sign that he wants it so bad.

“This is the kind of player we want. He’s not going anywhere – because I already told him.”
