Jamie Carragher has reportedly claimed that Liverpool will both the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League titles this season.
Under new manager Arne Slot, the Reds have gotten off to a great start in the 2024–25 season. And it appears that they could have a truly remarkable year.
Liverpool have won all six of their European games this season, and they are presently leading both the Premier League and the redesigned Champions League tables.
Maintaining this level of performance will undoubtedly be difficult. But for the time being, it may not come as a huge surprise that Carragher believes Liverpool have a genuine chance of winning two of the biggest competitions they are vying for.

According to CaughtOffside, when asked to predict the Champions League winner on It’s Called Soccer podcast, Carragher chose Liverpool because he thought they would win the double.
It appears that Gary Neville does not share Carragher’s optimism on Liverpool, as he chose either Barcelona or Inter Milan.
The two pundits also argued about who should win the Premier League title earlier in the video. With Neville putting out his neck and predicting that Arsenal would defeat Liverpool in the race to win the English title.
