Filip Jorgensen join Chelsea’s pre-season tour in the United States to have his physical before joining the club for £20.7 million from Villarreal.
The 22-year-old is now likely to complete his transfer to Chelsea, with only legalities and logistics remaining before signing a long-term contract with the Stamford Bridge club. Reported By Standard News.

Jorgensen is thought to have been Chelsea’s top choice among three or four potential goalkeeper recruits.
The Swedish and Danish young internationals will be expected to compete for Chelsea’s No. 1 spot right immediately.
Only last summer did Chelsea sign Robert Sanchez from Brighton for £25 million and Djordje Petrovic from Chicago Fire for £14 million.
Spain goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga spent last season on loan at Real Madrid, and the Blues intend to assist him find a permanent home in this transfer window.
The Blues also have goalkeepers Lucas Bergstrom and Eddie Beach on their roster.
