The Telegraph reports that Romelu Lukaku is uninterested in returning to Chelsea this summer. On July 12, he will not report for preseason training.
Chelsea has put back his expected return to pre-season training to Monday as Serie A club Inter Milan attempts to re-sign him.
The 30-year-old striker is awaiting a deal to Inter Milan and will not return to London for pre-season training with his parent club Chelsea.

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino had stated that he expected Lukaku to return to Cobham this week, but it appears that will not be the case.
The Argentine boss was willing to give the striker another chance, but the Belgian international preferred a move to Italy.
However, the Nerazzurri lack the financial resources to meet Chelsea’s demands. The Blues are seeking roughly £40 million for the attacker they paid £97 million for just two years ago.
Chelsea is been offered £35 million by Inter. The majority of the money is in bonuses. The Premier League club turned down their first offer. They refuse to budge.
Lukaku’s homecoming date has been moved out to Monday by Chelsea. However, it is questionable whether Inter can conclude a deal in that period.
It’s also unclear whether the former Anderlecht center-forward would return to London next week if the deal falls through.
The Saudi League has expressed interest in Lukaku, but he is not considering a move. He is still aiming to make a permanent move to Inter.
Chelsea has sold several stars this summer, but they still have several free agents on their books.
They also have Hakim Ziyech, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Callum Hudson-Odoi on their books, in addition to Lukaku. The three gentlemen wish to exit the club.
