The January transfer market closed last week for chelsea, but whispers continue to circulate. Premier League teams can add to their rosters again this summer in preparation for next summer.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea will ‘plan’ a £42 million deal for AFC Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semenyo this summer. The Blues have been linked with a move for the Ghanaian international later this year.
Semenyo, 25, has been a crucial player for the Cherries since joining them in 2023. He has made 78 appearances in all competitions and scored 18 goals.
He’s scored nine goals this season, and his current club may struggle to keep him. The attacker began his career at Bristol City in the Championship before moving to the Premier League, and he hasn’t looked back since.
