Chelsea target Victor Osimhen has an offer from Saudi Pro League team Al Ahli that Napoli is reportedly close to accepting.
Osimhen has been linked to a summertime transfer away from Naples and is no longer part of Antonio Conte’s plans.

He has not been able to come to a deal with a European team, even though he is available and there are a number of elite clubs looking to sign a new No. 9.
The teams that have been connected the most are Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, the latter of which is hoping to replace Kylian Mbappe.
The Blues, on the other hand, are in desperate need of a true striker because 2023 acquisition Nicolas Jackson is still a raw talent.
To be fair, the Senegalese did score as Chelsea defeated Wolves 6-2 away, but Enzo Maresca still has to find a new striker, reports Football 365
Osimhen may be leaving for Saudi Arabia, as reported by transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano, since Chelsea and PSG have not yet made an approach.
According to Romano, Al Ahli, a Saudi Arabian team has “submitted a bid to Napoli” at €65 million (£55 million), which is significantly less than the Italian team had requested coming into the summer transfer season.
According to reports, “Napoli are prepared to let him go,” but the 25-year-old and Al Ahli do not have a contract; a “deal still far on the player side.”
