Charles De Ketelaere has arrived in Italy, where he will now have a medical before making his long-awaited transfer to AC Milan.
The forward from Club Brugge has been linked with a transfer to the defending Serie A champions for some time, and after protracted negotiations, the two teams have finally reached an agreement.
De Ketelaere has established himself as one of Europe’s most promising young players in recent seasons, with Premier League clubs Leeds and Leicester also showing interest.

De Ketelaere left late on Monday night for Milan and arrived there shortly after midnight.
When the player arrived, journalist Antonio Vitiello was there to record the moment, stopping to wave to the waiting journalists.
A formal confirmation will probably happen soon after his Milan medical, which will happen sometime on Tuesday.

Details On De Ketelaere’s Milan Move
It took the two clubs some time to come to terms on a deal for the player, but in the end, a base price of €32 million plus €3 million in add-ons was reached.
De Ketelaere is expected to sign a five-year contract with Milan, becoming the club’s third signing of the summer transfer after Junior Messi, Alessandro Florenzi, and Divock Origi.
