Lo Celso has signed a four-year contract with Manuel Pellegrini’s team. According to the article, the contract includes a significant release clause worth more than €60 million but less than €100 million. This was done to prevent any prospective advances from Saudi Arabia or other Middle Eastern countries in the foreseeable future.

ABC Sevilla points out Lo Celso was keen to return to Real Betis and this is shown by his willingness to accept a high termination clause.
