This has fans concerned that he would miss the crucial match against Spurs next week, but the playmaker is at Cobham today to take part.
Palmer was forced to miss their most recent Premier League defeat at Arsenal over two weeks ago due to the injury, which also prevented him from joining Thomas Tuchel’s team and England for their World Cup qualifying matches against Albania and Latvia.
Nicolas Jackson’s comeback has also helped Blues manager Enzo Maresca by providing him with a striker at last.
Even though he isn’t playing at his usual level, Palmer is crucial to Chelsea’s hopes of finishing in the top four, and having a center striker like Jackson to feed him could enhance his stats.
