Phillipe Coutinho is said to be undertaking a “training protest” at Liverpool as he tries to force his £100million move to Barcelona, according to Yahoo Sports.
The Brazil international, 25, has told Kop boss Jurgen Klopp he wishes to leave Anfield this summer to be Neymar’s replacement.
And now, Coutinho is reportedly acting lazily in training as he bids to force the German chief’s hand.
A source said: “Coutinho is doing little in training. He wants to ensure he gets his move.”
The “Little Magician” had claimed he wanted to leave Liverpool, but only if a deal “can be done amicably“.
Barcelona have reportedly had a host of bids turned down for the Reds star, including £72m bid last month.
Sky Sport reporter Kaveh Solhekol said: “Philippe Coutinho would like to move to Barcelona if deal can be done amicably with Liverpool.
“[He] would only leave Liverpool for Barcelona.”
