Only a few months have passed since Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr, but he may already be set to leave the Saudi Pro League.
According to El Nacional, Cristiano Ronaldo is prepared to rejoin Real Madrid for a role just months after switching to Saudi Arabia.
Following a Piers Morgan interview in which he claimed he had rejected a sizable offer from Saudi Arabia, CR7 had his contract with Manchester United ripped up in November.
Ronaldo reportedly makes £173m ($210m) year at Al-Nassr, with £62m ($75.3m) coming only from playing obligations and the remaining amount split between image rights, commercial arrangements, and ambassadorial agreements, according to The Athletic. Perhaps Ronaldo should get used to that ambassadorial money.
Meanwhile, according to El Nacional, it’s not a playing deal that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has offered.

“Florentino Perez has guaranteed that [Ronaldo] will not lack work at the Santiago Bernabeu,” the report claims,
“But, obviously, he wouldn’t do it to be a player, because he considers that it is a cycle that should be considered closed.”
It remains to be seen if Ronaldo will accept the role to become an ambassador for the Spanish giants.
