Crystal Palace have reportedly offered Wilfried Zaha a new four-year contract worth more than £10m a year, making him the highest-paid player in the club’s history.
Zaha has played 455 competitive games for the Eagles, scoring 89 goals and supplying 76 assists.
The 31-year-old’s contract expires in the summer, and he will be free to leave the club.
Zaha is expected to reject a hefty offer from Saudi Arabian club Al Ittihad, who have purportedly tabled a £9m-a-year contract.
The Ivory Coast international wants to stay in Europe, where he is being courted by a number of clubs.
Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, Bayern Munich, Roma, and Marseille have all been linked with the forward, but Palace are hopeful that he will stay.
According to The Guardian, the Eagles have offered him a four-year contract earning roughly £200,000 per week.
The latest offer would be a huge boost from Zaha’s current weekly salary of £130,000, making him the highest-paid player in Palace history.
Zaha is said to be thinking about the decision, but he wants assurances before agreeing to a new contract.
The striker is concerned about the club’s lack of progress and wants the Palace hierarchy to focus on European qualifying rather than Premier League survival.

Zaha is also eager for Palace’s managerial situation to be sorted, with Roy Hodgson poised to leave at the end of the season when his short-term contract expires.
The Palace board are yet to make a decision on a new permanent manager, with Arne Slot of Feyenoord and Paulo Fonseca of Lille among the candidates.
The Ivorian is anticipated to wait until the end of the season before deciding whether to sign a new contract or move on to a new challenge.
