Declan Rice Makes A Bold £45m Arsenal Claim As Mikel Arteta Delivers Clear Striker Transfer Message

Declan Rice has revealed which player he believes is the finest in Arsenal training. The 25-year-old midfielder, who left West Ham for the Gunners for a record amount last summer, had a fantastic debut season at the Emirates Stadium.

He was an important part of Mikel Arteta’s team, helping Arsenal establish a title challenge. While they lost first place to Manchester City on the last day of the season, Rice frequently led the north Londoners to victory in difficult games.

From scoring a stoppage time winner against Luton Town at Kenilworth Road in December to giving the crucial assist in Arsenal’s 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in April, the England international has been worth his weight in gold. While his hard work has clearly paid off, Rice has revealed who has most impressed him at London Colney. Reported By  Football London.

Rice has played with Bukayo Saka and William Saliba since joining the Gunners, but he believes there are two individuals who stand out. In an interview with the Chinese website Iqiyi, he stated: “I believe it is either Gabriel Jesus or [Martin] Odegaard.

“One of these two is really talented at football. Probably Jesus, but Odegaard is there as well; they’re both so great. The things they do with the ball are incredible. It’s great to see it!”

Odegaard’s performances at London Colney have recently translated to the Emirates Stadium, where he plays an important position in Arsenal’s midfield. However, Jesus has struggled to justify his £45 million price tag, scoring only four Premier League goals this season.
