According to rumours, Declan Rice will have a physical at Arsenal after reaching an agreement with West Ham on a fee.
Rice’s signing for £100 million plus £5 million in add-ons will not only smash Arsenal’s transfer record, but will also make him the most expensive English player in Premier League history.According to skysport
Arsenal presented their third and final proposal last week, prompting champions Manchester City to withdraw from the hunt to recruit the 24-year-old.

Was West Ham Happy About The Payment?
West Ham were unhappy with the payment structure of the Arsenal contract, but it is understood that an agreement has been reached and Rice is free to talk personal terms and have his physical before moving to the Emirates Stadium.
Rice, who won the Europa League trophy in what appears to be his final game for West Ham, had been Arsenal’s primary target this summer.
He would be Mikel Arteta’s second summer signing, following the addition of Germany forward Kai Havertz from Chelsea, as the Gunners attempt to improve on their second-place result last season.
Havertz arrived on a five-year contract for £65 million after three seasons at Chelsea, where he made 139 appearances and scored 32 goals, including the game-winning goal in the 2021 Champions League final.
“It’s super exciting for me to be joining this amazing club and to be part of the Arsenal family,” Havertz stated on Arsenal’s official website. This club has a long history, and I think we can accomplish a lot.
“You can sense the high level of mentality in the Arsenal squad.” That’s one of the reasons it’s been so difficult to play against Arsenal recently.
“The goal is to win trophies, and I’ll do everything in my power to do so for the fans and everyone at the club.”
