Dele Alli has reportedly arrived at Como ahead of his trial with the Serie A club.
Alli, 28, had been training with Everton to improve his fitness level but confirmed last week that his time with the Toffees had come to a conclusion via an emotional statement on social media.
Just before that, the former Tottenham Hotspur and England star was spotted in the stand at Como and reports suggested that the Italian outfit would offer him a life line.
Now, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport as reported by Daily Mail, Alli has arrived in Como and will begin a trial period with the club – who are coached by Spanish legend Cesc Fabregas.

The report claims that Como and Fabregas will assess Alli’s condition and make a decision on whether to sign him permanently.
The 28-year-old last played competitive football in February 2023 during a loan spell with the Turkish club Besiktas.
After Alli was spotted at Como, Fabregas spoke on the links with the ex-Spurs man but played down claims that he would be signed.
He said: “I don’t want to talk too much about this but perhaps there is a chance Dele will start training with us after Christmas. It would be to help him get in shape and nothing more.”
