Doctors have given an update on Edoardo Bove condition following his collapse during Fiorentina’s encounter against Inter Milan on Sunday.
During his team’s Serie A encounter versus Milan at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, midfielder Bove passed out and was taken off the field in an ambulance.
Referee Daniele Doveri halted the game to give the 22-year-old time to get medical attention after he went down unharmed in the 16th minute.
While medical personnel attended to Bove, the players and staff formed a wall. In heartbreaking circumstances, a number of players from both teams were seen crying.
