Multiple reports surfaced alleging that Dinamo was suspicious about Le, whom they suspected could speak English, and refused to provide them his driver’s licence. According to MD, the Bucharest club has since dismissed the claim. The initial story was that Dinamo supposedly sought his license in order to sponsor him with a car, while Edgar Le also had a score from leg surgery that they were unaware of.

Edgar Le himself has also denied this to be the case to Jijantes, telling Gerard Romero that ‘The news is fake. It doesn’t exist.’

“I would never do something like that,” Le replied.

His twin, Edelino, has had a less successful career, traveling from Sporting CP’s academy to Resende before last playing in Poland. Meanwhile, after leaving Spanish football, Edgar has played for Lille, Nantes, and Trabzonspor before joining Dinamo on a free transfer this summer.

In 2015, the defender left the club, playing for seven clubs, including the likes of Lille, Trabzonspor, and Feyenoord, before moving to Romania

The former Barcelona man signed for the Red Dogs in February, but has seemingly forced his brother fill in for him.

There are no official statements, as yet, from Dinamo on what the Guinea-Bissau international is alleged to have done.
