Former Real Madrid defender Rafael Alkorta, who is now Athletic Club’s sporting director, recently spoke about Vinicius Junior’s actions on the field.

“On the subject of Vinicius, I think the club will have to take action at some point,” he began saying as quoted by Mundo Deportivo and reported by Madrid Universal.
Alkorta believes it is essential for Vinicius to comprehend the responsibility he bears as a public figure. Even though the team, particularly manager Carlo Ancelotti, has probably attempted a number of strategies to assist him control his emotions.

“I’m sure everyone has tried in every way, especially Ancelotti, but I think we have to try to make the boy understand that, as good as he is, he is a role model for many kids, and that his behaviour is not correct,” he added.
