This weekend’s trip to Elland Road to take on Leeds United may see Brighton and Hove Albion without wing-back Tariq Lamptey.
The highly rated 22-year-old was replaced in their recent 4-0 victory over West Ham United due to a knee issue.
He is currently categorized as doubtful for their upcoming match in Yorkshire as the Seagulls try to maintain their remarkable season. Currently, they are ranked eighth in the Premier League standings.
Since taking over at the AMEX Stadium earlier in this season, their coach, Roberto De Zerbi, has been a success. The former Shakhtar Donetsk player was chosen to replace Graham Potter, who left for Chelsea.
De Zerbi has provided an injury update ahead of their clash against Leeds: “Solly March and Levi Colwill are on the list. Tariq, I don’t know we will have to see.”

Elsewhere for Brighton, midfield Adam Lallana and Jakub Moder are long-term absentees, but the latter has returned to training now.
Striker Danny Welbeck is also back and scored last week, as is defender Levi Colwill.
Meanwhile, Leeds won their last game at home 1-0 against Southampton with full-back Junior Firpo scoring the winner in the second-half.
They have since lost away matches at Fulham (FA Cup) and Chelsea. However, they will be hoping to hit some form on their own patch as they seek to avoid relegation to the Championship.
