Barcelona star Neymar clearly wasn’t too impressed during his side’s 2-1 defeat at home to Valencia, as he was seen lightly slapping a Valencia player.
Neymar had a tough evening during the defeat at the Camp Nou and his frustration boiled over at full-time when the Valencia players were celebrating.
He went over to one group and appeared to hit Antonio Barragan, who was celebrating with Dani Parejo, who set-up Santi Mina’s crucial second goal.
It is a petulant reaction from Neymar and you can understand why the Valencia players were unhappy with him.
The Brazilian could well face retrospective action for his behaviour, and losing the forward to a suspension would be a big blow for the Catalan side.
Their defeat last night has allowed Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid close the gap on the league leaders, with Real now one point behind and Atletico level.
It is an incredible collapse from Barcelona, who seemed certain to walk away with the league a few weeks ago, but now the La Liga title race is very much on.
Barcelona have still got the head-to-head advantage over both the Madrid sides and they have the easier run-in but now the pressure is on them not to slip up again.
