Valencia fans have made their feelings towards the club clear, with manager Gary Neville one of many figures at the club to have an effigy burnt at an annual festival.
As custom of the annual March festival of Las Falles the people of Valencia burn effigies of unpopular celebrities and politicians, with president Mariano Rayo and Pope Francis just two names to be burnt.
Given the poor form of the football team this season it is no surprise that members of the club were also burnt at this festival.

Neville, who has been unable to stop the poor form since he took over, suffered the unnerving fate, as did his Valencia predecessor Nuno, owner Peter Lim and chairwoman Lay Hoon Chan.
It’s been a tough few weeks for Neville with the club knocked out of the Europa League on away goals by Athletic Bilbao, despite beating the Basque club 2-1 on the night with one of their best performances.
After that the club were torn to pieces by Celta Vigo at home and it was clear during the game that the fans want him out of the club.
In the past they were patient and accepting of the fact that not everything at the club was his fault but given that nothing has really changed it seems Los Che’s supporters have turned, making their feelings clearly visible.
