Havertz Made Premier League History In Arsenal’s Win Over Sheffield

Arsenal forward, Kai Havertz made a Premier league history in his side’s 6-0 drubbing of Sheffield United at the Bramall Lane.

The Germany international scored Arsenal’s fourth goal in under twenty-five minutes, moving him to eight goals overall in the Arsenal colours.

Havertz scored a historic goal, but other players like Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli, and Ben White were also on target.

According to Sky Sports, Havertz scored the 150,000th goal in the history of the English Premier League with a brilliant finish past Ivo Grbic.

For the former Chelsea forward, who is now playing consistently after a £65 million summer transfer, reaching this milestone is significant.

Before halftime, Arsenal led 5-0, and in the 58th minute, White scored a brilliant goal from outside the box to make it six.

And they made club history with yet another thrilling win.

The North London team made history by being the first to score five goals or more in three straight away games in English football history.

In addition, they scored five goals away at Burnley after winning 6-0 at London Stadium, the home of West Ham United, the week before.

The win was inevitable against Sheff United, who became the first team in the history of the English Football League to let in at least five goals in four straight home games across all competitions.

Two times, Brighton scored five against them. However, at the beginning of February, Aston Villa defeated them 5-0.
