Hojlund Furious With Man United Team-Mate As Worries Continue

Early in Sunday night’s Manchester United triumph against Fulham, Rasmus Hojlund was seen reproaching his teammate.

With United’s sole shot on target, Lisandro Martinez scored the game-winning goal to guarantee the Red Devils took home all three points. After losing to Brighton the last time out, United were back to winning ways in the Premier League.

Only a few minutes into the game, Hojlund was annoyed by Andre Onana’s careless kicking during the first few minutes of play.

At first, United adopted a direct approach, with Onana hitting long balls at the Danish forward as he attempted to outmuscle Fulham’s defense. According to the Daily Express, after one kick went dreadfully short, the 21-year-old reacted furiously.

Hojlund was seen reprimanding him for trying the pass, obviously annoyed that United’s goalie had missed him.

The forward has a history of disparaging his teammates, as evidenced by his actions during United’s most recent triumph over Southampton. After Alejandro Garnacho missed a simple opportunity, Hojlund lost his temper and kicked the goal’s frame.

During his team’s loss to Wolves last month, the former Atalanta striker was similarly incensed with Amad, jumping up and down and yelling with his arms after a goal was missed.

He was criticized for his lackluster performance on Match of the Day and was replaced by Joshua Zirkzee after he was unable to break the impasse against Fulham.
