Jack Grealish had to be saved by his teammates from sliding off Manchester City’s open-top celebration bus.
On Sunday, City celebrated their fourth consecutive Premier League triumph, only 24 hours after losing to rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup final. Despite their defeat at Wembley Stadium and the typical Manchester weather, they remained upbeat.
Pep Guardiola’s players partied on top of a sky blue open-top bus, identical to how they celebrated last summer, when Grealish stole the show with a three-day bender during the champions’ triple party.

However, this year was a little more traumatic for the England star, who had to be saved twice by his teammates from slipping off the back of City’s van as it jolted away.
Clips taken to social media first showed Grealish dancing with his arms in the air as the players received applause from the crowd below, but as the bus drew away, Grealish slipped back and had to be caught by Jeremy Doku to avoid sliding over the back.
The 28-year-old didn’t seem to have learnt his lesson when the bus jolted forward again.
Grealish and defender Ruben Dias were shown bouncing up and down with their arms in the air, beside Nathan Ake, who was luckily grasping Grealish’s arm, obviously aware that his balance wasn’t as good as it was on a matchday, and pulling the £100million ace back to safety.
Grealish was once again at the heart of the festivities as one of the most prominent figures in the City dressing room, but he will be looking to return to form at Euro 2024 in an England shirt following a disappointing season in blue.
