Former Aston Villa player Jack Grealish was at the heart of Manchester City’s Premier League victory celebrations, which lasted until the early hours of Monday morning.
Pep Guardiola’s team retained their composure to win a record-breaking fourth title in a row, Grealish’s third in sky blue since his £100 million move from Villa in 2021. All they had to do was beat West Ham at home, and Arsenal’s result against Everton in North London would be irrelevant.

Wild celebrations began on the pitch as delighted City fans invaded the Etihad Stadium pitch, and once cleared, the team was allowed to display their most recent trophy. Grealish, who was an unused substitute, then led his teammates’ win celebrations throughout the city for the remainder of the night.
The 28-year-old shared a selection of clips from the night to his Instagram story. It all started with a video recording himself and close friends singing a rendition of Natasha Bedingfield’s ‘Unwritten’ while holding his Premier League winners’ medal aloft, captioned: “Yeeeehhaaaaaawwwwww.”
Later, another video showed his gang performing ‘Don’t You Want Me’ by The Human League as the final post before leaving his preferred eatery and rejoining his squad. Among those honored were Player of the Season Phil Foden, Golden Boot winner Erling Haaland, manager Guardiola, and Kevin de Bruyne.
