Juventus are set to battle West Ham United for Manchester City midfielder, Kalvin Phillips by making a late bid.
In an attempt to find regular playing time, the England international is eager to leave the Etihad this month.
After joining the club for £42 million in 2022 from Leeds United, Phillips hasn’t started a single Premier League game this season. And he didn’t impress in his first season.
Although West Ham will not pay the £7 million loan fee that City are demanding. An agreement between the two clubs is reportedly close. David Moyes attempted to sign Phillips while he was at Leeds.
Although Phillips is willing to relocate to the London Stadium. The Daily Mail as reported by The Metro claims that Juventus may suddenly enter the midfielder’s race.
The Old Lady are looking for new faces in the midfield, and Phillips might be interested in moving to Turin.
Despite having the likes Adrien Rabiot, Manuel Locatelli, and Fabio Miretti in the middle of the park, Juventus still want to add more firepower in the department.
