Juventus have reportedly placed a €40 million price tag on Federico Chiesa as they look to bring in new faces in the summer transfer window.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport as reported by Football Italia, the Old Lady have contacted the agent of Bologna midfielder, Lewis Ferguson and showed their interest in him.
In order to compete in the Champions League in 2024–2025, the Biaconeri have begun putting up their squad.
To balance the books and increase their transfer budget, the Serie A strongholds must sell some of their players, according to the report on Tuesday.
The pink paper claims that Juventus are considering bids for Chiesa as well as Matias Soulé, who is currently on loan at Frosinone and has ten goals this season. The offers that Juventus receive will determine the players’ future at the Allianz Stadium.
Although Juventus hope to keep Chiesa until 2026, his contract expires in June 2025. An offer of at least €40 million would likely persuade the Bianconeri to sell the 26-year-old, who has been linked to a move to Liverpool. The agent of Chiesa recently met the Bianconeri and attended Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Frosinone at the Allianz Stadium.
The futures of other Juventus players are unclear. Above all, Adrien Rabiot, whose deal expires in June.

According to Gazzetta, Teun Koopmeiners (Atalanta), Lewis Ferguson (Bologna), Albert Gudmundsson (Genoa), and Felipe Anderson—whose contract also expires in June—are Juventus’ primary targets in attack and midfield as well as possible replacements for departing players.
Lazar Samardzic (Udinese), Ederson (Atalanta), and Georgiy Sudakov (Shakhtar) are all under the Old Lady’s constant observation.
