De Bruyne proved he has ice in his veins away from the pitch when Kalvin Phillips failed to scare the Belgian on Halloween.
The summer acquisition by Manchester City has struggled to make an immediate impact on the field, but he gels well with the group off the field.
While walking around the Etihad Campus, Phillips put on a clown mask and started jumping out at his team members.
That reaction from @KevinDeBruyne! 😅

De Bruyne didn’t flinch as the majority of City’s side yelled in response to the abrupt jump scare.
“That wasn’t very good was it, it could have been better…you look better than normal!” commented De Bruyne.
Before his failed attempt to scare City’s star man, Phillips said: “I’m scaring all the lads for Halloween.

“I’ve got my mask here, it’s going to be fun! Hopefully, I can catch them early in the morning and give them a fright!”
Phillips then roped in the receptionist to send the player around the corner when they arrived to collect a delivery, where he was waiting.
Nathan Ake, Rico Lewis, Manuel Akanji, and Josh Wilson-Esbrand were all left scrambling backwards as a result of the prank.
Rodri would have been the most embarrased as he was caught really surprised by the camera.
