Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has told the fans of the club to keep calm as there will be more transfer activities before the beginning of the 2023/24 season.
The Reds are coming off a very poor 2022–23 season in which they placed fifth in the Premier League. And were eliminated from all three cup competitions rather early.
Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder, Alexis Mac Allister and RB Leipzig’s Dominik Szoboszlai have already joined Klopp’s midfield ranks. Thanks in part to the new sporting director Jorg Schmadtke.
However, Liverpool will likely lose Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to Al Ettifaq and Al Ittihad of the Saudi Pro League.
In an interview with Liverpool’s official club podcast, Klopp provided an update on his summer transfer palns.
“My main focus and my main energy has to go into the training sessions, that’s what I do,” he said.
“The time left and right of the sessions then I can try and sort other stuff, and that’s what we are doing.
“Still around three to four weeks until the first game of the season, a few things have to happen until then. Definitely. Transfer market-wise as well, that’s clear now.
“It will happen, and we will have a good team.”

According to 90min, Liverpool are still interested in Chelsea center-back Levi Colwill. And are evaluating Cheick Doucoure of Crystal Palace as a potential Fabinho replacement.
The Reds are also keeping an eye on Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia. However Chelsea and Arsenal are also reportedly considering a move for the Belgium international.
