Laurent Koscielny has taken great pride in Arsenal‘s 3-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday evening, judging by his recent activity on social media.
The Gunners produced to clinical first-half performance at the Emirates Stadium as goals from Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil were enough to secure their first victory against the Blues since the 2011/12 season.
Koscienly, who was excellent at the heart of the defence, has been revelling in the joy by taking a liking a pair of photos on Instagram that poked fun at the west London outfit’s expense, in particular Diego Costa.
The Frenchman missed the 4-3 defeat at the hands of Liverpool on the opening weekend of the season, but since reclaiming his place in the side, he has once again proven just how important he is to the Gunners by making more defensive actions than any other defender in the squad.
Furthermore, he has been wearing the captain’s armband in the absence of Per Mertesacker and lead from the front by scoring an important equaliser in the 2-1 win over Southampton earlier in the month.
