Manchester United has taken notice of him and is keeping a close eye on his performances for the Merseyside club.
He is a possible target for Barcelona in the summer transfer window, and the French publication Foot Mercato claims that they have already taken some behind-the-scenes action.

There are rumors that the Belgian midfielder’s representatives have spoken with the Catalan giants.
