Barcelona continues to prepare for the return of La Liga, with the major news on Friday being the return of Robert Lewandowski.
The Polish international was seen arriving as he resumes his work following the 2022 World Cup.
The Spanish trio of Ansu Fati, Alejandro Balde, and Eric Garcia also returned on Friday.
The group joins Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Ronald Araujo, and Andreas Christensen as recent international players to make a comeback. The trio were the first internationals back at Barcelona this week.
Xavi should get the rest of his Spain contingent back shortly as he gears up for the clash against Espanyol on New Year’s Eve.
The Barcelona boss will, of course, be without Robert Lewandowski for the game.

Trending Stories: FIFA To Expand Club World Cup From To 32 Teams From 2025
This is due to the striker’s three-match ban in their last match just before the World Cup and will need to rethink his attack.
Despite the club trying to appeal the decision as well, it turned out unaccepted.
Xavi may also have to cope without Ousmane Dembele for the first game back. The Frenchman is still out in Qatar with club teammate, Jules Kounde, and are both preparing for Sunday’s final.
