Lionel Messi has arrived in the United States to join his Argentina team-mates for two World Cup warm-up games.
The attacker, along with Angel Di Maria, Leandro Paredes, and Nicolas Tagliafico, arrived in Florida to join the Argentina squad for the pre-World Cup friendly games.
Meanwhile, the warm-up games against Jamaica and Honduras will allow coach Lionel Scaloni to perfect his preparations for the 2022 World Cup.

Argentina will prepare for both games at MLS club Inter Miami’s training ground. The Albiceleste’s opening match will take place on September 23 at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium against Honduras.
On September 27, Argentina will then travel to New Jersey to face Jamaica at the Red Bull Arena.
After a challenging first season following his transfer from Barcelona, Messi has been in excellent form for PSG this season.

With six goals and eight assists so far, the forward appears to be in excellent shape going into what will undoubtedly be his final World Cup.
Argentina will be among the favorites to win the title following their Copa America success in 2021.
The forward will head back to PSG after the international break with the team’s first game against Nice on October 1.
