Liverpool are interested in signing Andriy Lunin, a Ukrainian goalkeeper from Real Madrid.
According to the Spanish daily SPORT, Liverpool has already made contact about a summer transfer, and it will be intriguing to see how things progress.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper was an important player for Real Madrid last season, stepping up in Thibaut Courtois’ absence. However, the Belgian will return from his injury next season, and Lunin is unlikely to become a regular starter for Real Madrid.
Lunin needs to move on in quest of consistent playing time, and the possibility to join one of the world’s top clubs will be quite exciting.
Liverpool is interested in signing him, but they may not be able to offer him a regular starting berth. Alisson Becker, the Reds’ current goalkeeper, is widely regarded as one of the best in the world. The Ukrainian international will struggle to maintain a consistent starting berth ahead of him. If Liverpool cannot supply him with game-time assurances, a transfer to Anfield is not feasible for him.
