The Reds are having a wonderful season so far under Arne Slot, even if they recently lost to Tottenham in the Carabao Cup.
Despite his injury struggles, Elliott has only made seven league appearances for the Reds, all coming off the bench.
Nevertheless, according to Mail Online, teams interested in the 21-year-old include Brighton and Borussia Dortmund.
Elliott became the second-youngest player to play for Liverpool in a competitive match after joining the team in July 2019 for a £1.5 million price.
Elliott’s career was severely hampered when he broke his foot during the international break back in September.
While training with England’s Under-21 team for international duty, Elliott, who made an impression under Jurgen Klopp towards the end of the previous season, broke his foot.
In their recent Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg match against Spurs on Wednesday night, the 21-year-old was not utilized as a substitute.
He had previously appeared for four minutes in their Premier League 2-2 tie with Manchester United.
Elliott has made nine appearances for Slot’s team overall throughout all competitions, although he only managed to score one goal in their Carabao Cup victory over Southampton, which was 2-1.
