Locatelli has impressed in Reggio-Emilia and earned a place with the Italian national team, where he scored two goals in five appearances at the Euros this summer.
His performances have attracted interest from the giants in Italy and abroad, as the report reveals the Gunners are pushing for a move and are ready to compete with Juventus for his signature.
