According to Luis Diaz, he is still processing the reality that Mohamed Salah is a teammate of his at Liverpool. Diaz has fully adapted to the Premier League since making a move to Anfield at the beginning of the year.
His friendship with his teammate on the other wing, with whom he shares a special bond, is one of the main factors in his smooth adjustment.
They have started 16 games together for the Reds, and Diaz has expressed how much he enjoys teaming with Salah.

“It’s stupendous for me, being able to share my position in the team with Mo. He’s a great guy and there’s a very special connection between him and me, and between all of us, in fact.” #lfc [sky] pic.twitter.com/ZCKIMyeoHG

What Did Diaz Say?
Speaking about Salah to Sky Sports, Diaz said: “It’s stupendous for me, being able to share my position in the team with Mo.
“I’ve seen him over many years on television at so many tournaments and I’d like to say I’m proud of myself, having reached this position where I can share with him these experiences, to wear the same shirt and be a team-mate of his. It’s really something special.
“Every day, playing alongside players like him, it helps you to improve, not just in a footballing sense as a player but also as a person.
“He’s a great guy and there’s a very special connection between him and me, and between all of us, in fact.”
In each of Liverpool’s three season-opening games, at least one of Diaz or Salah have scored a goal.
