Ligue 1 side Lyon are taking a 15-year-old supporter to court after he ran onto the pitch to take a selfie with Alexandre Lacazette and Memphis Depay during the victory over Dijon last week.
Lyon prevailed with a 4-2 victory as they came from 2-1 down, with the elated young fan rushing onto the pitch to celebrate with his heroes.
However, the club, who are currently fourth in the table, have now elected to open a court case against the individual.

Lyon have been in excellent form of late, with the 5-0 thrashing of Metz in the league following on from the 7-1 annihilation of AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League in midweek.
Having been unable to make a significant impact during his time at Manchester United, Depay has appeared a player reborn since making the switch to Lyon – he has scored three goals in seven Ligue 1 appearances.
Lacazette, meanwhile, has been excellent, with the forward having hit 22 goals in 23 league games.
