Man United has been interested in former Napoli talisman Victor Osimhen for the past few seasons, but in order to complete the move, the team may contemplate making a big summer trade for Rasmus Hojlund.

The Nigerian forward, who is regarded as one of the most productive number nines in world football, was moved on loan to Galatasaray till the end of the season after failing to find a transfer in the summer and being cut off from Antonio Conte’s squad.
The 26-year-old scored 17 goals and contributed four assists in his 32 games at Napoli last season.
He has scored an additional 22 goals in his 28 games in Turkey, demonstrating that he has maintained his form despite the move, with Man United also showing interest.
One significant obstacle might be keeping him from moving to Old Trafford.
The striker is reportedly vying for an outrageous £400,000 weekly salary.
When the forward’s release clause expires this summer, it is estimated to be worth roughly £62 million, making the transfer extremely costly for Sir Jim Ratcliffe, reports Evening News.
But an unexpected trade for Danish international Rasmus Hojlund might be the answer.
The club’s financial burden would be lessened if Hojlund’s salary were sold and the transfer bill given to United would be significantly lower as well.
