This summer, there is a lot of interest in the Dutchman. But it appears that there are only two contenders for his signature.

AC Milan have been keeping tabs on the Netherlands international’s progress in addition to United for a while now. Zirkzee’s contract with Bologna includes a £34 million release clause. Although there is a fund financially due to his agent, Kia Joorabchian which is rumored to be £12 million.

Zirkzee and LOSC Lille star, Jonathan David have also linked to a transfer to Old Trafford. The duo are seen as younger alternatives compared to Morata, who is 31 years old, with a wealth of football experience.

A limited transfer budget necessitates a clever hiring approach, which Morata fits the bill for. Atletico are rumored to have a €12 million (£10.1 million) release clause written in the contract of the Spain international.
