In a few months, the summer transfer window will open, and United is already being connected to a number of possible new players.
It’s uncertain what European competition, if any, Ruben Amorim and the Old Trafford administration will be in next season, so it’s unclear what intentions they have for the summer window in terms of new arrivals.
During the summer transfer window, Crystal Palace player Eberechi Eze is being linked to a move to United, reports Manchester Evening.
United hopes to win the competition to acquire Eze at the end of the current campaign.
The England international is believed to be worth over £50 million.
According to the source, Amorim is adamant on bringing the talent to Old Trafford before the upcoming season, and Man United will “go all out” to get Eze when the transfer market opens.
MEN Sport says: “Eze is a player who has been linked with a big-money move for more than a year, with the Reds being mentioned as a potential suitor.
The 26-year-old would add valuable and much-needed creativity in the final third for United, so if a deal can be agreed, it should be one the Old Trafford hierarchy considers.”
