Manchester United are reportedly plotting a surprise move for Real Madrid midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga.
According to Bernabeu Digital as cited by Sport Witness, the Red Devils are very keen on the 22-year-old.
The report states that United has contacted Madrid through intermediaries and asserts it is in their own knowledge.
Rubén Amorim replaced Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford earlier this month, and according to the source, the Premier League outfit are “willing to take out the chequebook” to make significant additions. One of them is Camavinga, and his camp is aware about Man United’s interest.

The midfield player is reportedly “flattered” by the interest from one of the world’s best teams, but he has no plans to leave Real Madrid. He wants to stay with the team for a long time, and he signed a new contract last November that will last until 2029.
There is a clear chance that this is all about emphasizing Real Madrid’s attraction, as is frequently the case with Spanish media.
Camavinga joined Los Blancos from Stade Rennes in a €31 million deal in the 2021-22 season where he has won major honors including the UEFA Champions League in the 2023/24 campaign.
The France international has made just 7 appearances in all competitions for the Spanish giants this term.
