Man United Open Talks With European Club Over Sancho Sale

Manchester United have reportedly begun discussions with Paris Saint-Germain over the sale of Jadon Sancho.

Even though Sancho made up with Erik ten Hag when he returned to Old Trafford after spending time on loan with Borussia Dortmund, his future at United is still uncertain going into the 2024–2025 season.

Following Rasmus Hojlund’s injury and Joshua Zirkzee’s progress toward match fitness, the 24-year-old has been taking part in the Manchester team’s pre-season activities. Ten Hag revealed that Sancho might start up front for United against Man City on Saturday in the FA Community Shield.

Sancho’s departure from the club is also a possibility. According to Sky Sports as reported by Caught Offside PSG and the Premier League side have had preliminary discussions about the English winger’s swoop.

There have reportedly been talks on the terms of a possible deal, and the 24-year-old may be receptive to moving to France.

Personal terms are not anticipated to be an issue for the agreement, as negotiations about the transfers of Manuel Ugarte and the Englishman are scheduled to continue between the two teams.

If Sancho stays at Man United, it’s uncertain what kind of role he’ll play because Ten Hag is probably going to start Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford out wide at Old Trafford.

The Englishman hasn’t been able to find success in Manchester, so a move to PSG could be a wise choice.
