Napoli are escalating their efforts to recruit Manchester United Alejandro Garnacho, with manager Antonio Conte reportedly telling the club to seek the Argentine winger “whatever the cost”, according to Calciomercato.
Napoli’s approach for the Manchester United winger was rejected in the January transfer window, but the Italian giants are set to try again this summer after naming the Argentinian their top transfer target.
The Italian side’s €50 million (£42 million) deal for the Manchester U.nited prodigy was rejected.
Napoli sought to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in January, which is why they made an offer for the United star.

Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are also interested in signing the Manchester United winger.
United had previously put his price at approximately £60 million but are allegedly open to negotiate.
Garnacho, a Manchester Utd youth graduate, has emerged as a valued asset because his homegrown status allows any transfer price to be recorded as pure profit under financial fair play standards.
With United aiming to earn finances for their summer transfer activity, the club is anticipated to sell Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, and Antony.
As the summer transfer window approaches, Garnacho’s future remains uncertain.
Napoli plans to sell Victor Osimhen this summer in order to raise funds for Garnacho’s transfer.
