Man United Star Breaks Silence After club Try To Offload Them While ‘Attending Brother’s Funeral’

Manchester United women’s star, Geyse acknowledged to feel “lonely” when her agent claimed the team attempted to loan her out while she was at her brother’s funeral.

Geyse replaced Alessia Russo in 2023 for a club-record sum of almost £250,000, however she has since slipped in the hierarchy under United manager Marc Skinner.

The Brazilian has had a tough time both on and off the field since her brother passed away in January. She was given permission to take a leave of absence to attend his funeral in her home country of Brazil.

However, according to the Telegraph as reported by The Mirror, her agent stated that while she was at the funeral, United had conversations with clubs in the United States regarding a potential loan move.

After the team’s 2-0 victory over Leicester on Sunday, in which she played the final six minutes, the 26-year-old posted a statement expressing her feelings of loneliness in Manchester, breaking her silence in the wake of the report and raising rumors that she may leave.

“Staying in a place where we don’t feel happy is an agonising and lonely feeling,” she said.

“Every day seems heavier, and the simple fact of being there becomes a burden. When we are not in tune with what surrounds us, the world around us loses its colour and energy.

“Sometimes, the desire for change arises as an urgent need, but the fear of the unknown or insecurity about the future can paralyse us.

“However, it is essential to remember that we deserve to be in places and situations that bring us happiness and fulfilment. That’s the only way we can grow.”
