Manchester United have reportedly been given the chance to sign Bournemouth defender, Milos Kerkez to hand a transfer blow to Liverpool.
Liverpool and United are both searching for a new left-back or left wing-back. Given their recent injury problems, Ruben Amorim has requested United to find him a more dependable player than Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw, while Liverpool need a replacement for Andy Robertson.
Kerkez is more likely to sign with United than Liverpool in 2025, according to TEAMtalk. It is anticipated that the full-back’s familial ties to United will be a major factor in his choice.
This latest report was supplied by Fabrizio Romano through the Liverpool news source Anfield Sector. According to rumors, United are pursuing Kerkez more aggressively than Liverpool, which could pave the way for a move to Old Trafford.

Romano adds that the Reds maintain affection for Fulham’s Antonee Robinson but would rather sign a younger player than the 27-year-old USMNT star.
Kerkez is a great prospect at 21 years of age, though Liverpool are at growing likelihood of missing out on him.
The Hungary star would probably flourish as an attacking wing-back in Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 formation, so the club would be thrilled if they signed Kerkez in January.
Bournemouth hope to get at least £40 million (€48.2 million or $50.1 million) before selling Kerkez. ideally, the Cherries would like to keep the player for the entire season. However, this will depend on how hard United and Liverpool push during the January transfer window.
