Mason Greenwood wants to end his brief Manchester United career by making his season-long loan at Getafe permanent next year, according to sources. However, Getafe are expected to face stiff competition from other clubs in Spain as Greenwood establishes himself abroad.
United shipped Greenwood off on transfer deadline day after reportedly making a forced U-turn on his reintegration due to the mass backlash on social media.
