According to rumours, Bayern Munich and Manchester City are in talks to sign Kyle Walker.
The 33-year-old defender, who has a year left on his contract, was instrumental in City’s historic treble.
His seven-year contract with the club, though, is set to expire this summer, according to The Athletic, who claim he is in talks with Bayern.
A deal has yet to be negotiated between the two clubs, but the money ‘isn’t expected to be an issue’ and there is still a ‘little more work to do’ to finalize the transaction.
Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel is looking for a new right-back, with Benjamin Pavard apparently on his way out and Joao Cancelo poised to return to City from his loan spell.
Since arriving from Tottenham in 2016, Walker has won 12 trophies, including five Premier Leagues and the UCL, in 254 games.

Reflecting on what could be his final trophy in Istanbul, the defender said: ‘We couldn’t work as hard as we did all season to throw it away.
‘The lads dug deep. I got a silver medal last time, so to have a gold one is fantastic.
‘I am living the dream. My mum and dad were in the stands. Where I come from in Sheffield it’s not easy for them to be here.
‘I am over the moon and very rarely speechless but my dream has just come true. To achieve this with this club, after everything they have done for all of us over the years, to win the Treble is unbelievable.’
