Asking Rasmus Hojlund how he felt about Manchester United almost losing two points to Wolves, the player was unable to express his feelings.
United moved up to seventh place in the Premier League standings on Thursday night after winning 4-3 at Molineux. Erik ten Hag’s team won thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford, Hojlund, Scott McTominay, and Kobbie Mainoo.

When United looked very much like they could leave Molineux with just one point, there was a serious panic. United led 2-0 at the break and 3-1 going into the last phases of the match.
The home team’s Pablo Sarabia scored from the penalty spot before Max Kilman and Pedro Neto added goals as well. When Neto scored in the fifth minute of stoppage time, it appeared as though United would only be able to draw.
In an interview with TNT Sports after the game, Hojlund was asked what went through his mind after Neto equalised for Wolves. In response, the United striker gave an X-rated answer and could not hide his emotions.
“There, I am thinking, I know I’m not allowed to swear but I’m thinking, ‘Oh s***’,” Hojlund told TNT Sports, when asked about Neto’s goal.
“It’s a great goal, but we need to sort those situations out better and I was fuming on the bench.”
Hojlund’s comments highlight the frustration in the United squad at nearly giving up a two-goal lead twice in one match. United led 2-0 at half-time and 3-1 with five minutes of regulation time remaining, and dropping two points would have extended the team’s winless run in the top flight top three matches.
