Manchester United are reportedly ready to compete with Atletico Madrid for Roma forward Paulo Dybala in the summer.
Dybala signed a three-year contract with Jose Mourinho’s club after his Juventus contract expired last summer.
The Argentine has swiftly established himself as a prominent player in Roma’s lineup, scoring 12 goals and giving seven assists in 24 competitive games this season.
Although he is under contract until June 2025, Dybala’s long-term future at the club appears to be uncertain.
The 29-year-old reportedly has a €12m (£10.6m) release clause in his contract, making him an attractive option to many European clubs.
Man United are believed to be among those interested in the Argentina international as they try to bolster their attacking line in the summer.
Wout Weghorst is due to leave the club at the conclusion of the season, and while Manchester United have been linked with Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane, they may be tempted to strengthen in the final third with the low-cost option of Dybala.
According to Fichajes, the Red Devils may have to compete with Atletico Madrid, who are also exploring a summer move.

Despite signing Memphis Depay from Barcelona in the January transfer window, Atletico are still limited in attacking options.
According to the report, Inter Milan are also interested in signing Dybala after failing to do so last summer.
Dybala recently stated that he was focused on helping Roma qualify for the Champions League, amid concerns about his future.
However, there is speculation that he could leave the Stadio Olimpico if they do not place in the top four.
